We take reasonable care to be accurate and to keep content current, but we make no warranty that the Site is complete, accurate or up to date. Federation rules, weight classes and product specifications change, and we may not update every page immediately. Always verify rules with your governing body.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, calculators and their design, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts of our content with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of our content, use it to train machine learning models, scrape the Site, or use our name or logo without written permission.

Our calculators and tools

Our calculators produce estimates based on general formulas and the values you enter. They do not account for your individual physiology, medical history or competition rules. They are not a substitute for professional guidance, and their outputs must never override your federation’s rules, your coach, or your doctor. Use them at your own risk.
